We deliver to most European countries and internationally.
When placing your order, you will be able to select your destination country from the available list.

2. Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You will receive an email notification with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

France (mainland): 3–6 business days
Europe: 5–10 business days
Rest of the world: 7–15 business days

Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier or during peak periods.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for certain destinations and for orders above a minimum purchase amount, as specified at checkout.
Exact shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on your delivery address.

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
You can track your package at any time online using this link.

6. Failed Delivery or Incorrect Address

Please carefully check your shipping address before confirming your order.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will be charged to you.

For international deliveries, customs duties or local taxes may apply.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable by Bloc World.

Busy shopping periods or holidays (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday)
