  • You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • After this period, unfortunately we cannot accept returns or issue refunds.

  • To be eligible, the product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items (clearance promotions)

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal hygiene items (in-ear headphones, brushes, opened cosmetics, etc.)


3. Return Procedure

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

  • Photos or videos of the product (in case of defect or error)

Our team will respond within 3 business days with return instructions.

Return costs: Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.


4. Refunds

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.

  • If your refund is approved, it will be issued via the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • The time for the refund to appear on your account may vary depending on your bank or card provider.


5. Exchanges

Exchanges are only accepted for defective or damaged products.

6. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Shipping and return costs are non-refundable (except in case of our error).

  • Customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
